Our community’s primary goal is to provide a supportive space for like-minded individuals to come together, collaborate, learn, and drive towards achieving getting daily paying customers.

Every member will join with a mutual understanding of these principles.

No Unsolicited Promotions: We value genuine connections and authentic discussions. Please refrain from selling or promoting your products or services inside the community unless it’s during the designated monthly networking event.

Unauthorized Use of Training Content: The materials, strategies, and content provided in this training are proprietary and are for the sole use of the participants in Digital Growth Community (Expect 2 Win LLC). Reproduction, distribution, or utilization of this content for one’s personal gain, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from the trainer is strictly prohibited. Any individual or entity found in violation of this clause may be subject to legal action.

Respectful Interaction: We believe in building each other up. Bullying, harassing, or belittling others in any form will not be tolerated. Be kind, courteous, and constructive in your interactions.

Avoid Gossip: We strive to maintain a positive atmosphere where everyone feels safe to share and collaborate. Gossiping or spreading rumors about other members is strictly prohibited. 

 

Stay On Topic: Ensure that your discussions and posts are relevant to the community’s theme and purpose. Off-topic discussions might be removed to maintain the group’s focus.

 

Report Concerns: If you come across any behavior or content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. We rely on our community members to help uphold these standards.

IMPORTANT – Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, post/comment removal, or expulsion from the community, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. There is no promise or representation that you will make a certain amount of money, or any money, or not lose money, as a result of using our products and services. Any earnings, revenue, or income statements are strictly estimates. There is no guarantee that you will make any income for yourself. As with any business, your results will vary and will be based on your personal abilities, experience, knowledge, capabilities, level of desire, and an infinite number of variables beyond our control, including variables we or you have not anticipated. Termination: We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately to our service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the products and services provided, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms:

Access and Waiver: Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Service Termination: If a chargeback is initiated against Digital Growth Community for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Access Issues: The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility to our services, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly. Please contact our support team for assistance if you encounter any access problems.

Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, Digital Growth Community will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.

By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the program, you forfeit any right to a refund.

Tech Services: Providing a free website means granting access to the minimum tools required to set up a basic website. This access is designed to offer you the foundational components necessary for website creation at minimal costs.

Additional Purchases Required:

While the foundational tools to create your website are provided, certain essential elements such as custom domain names, email services, and enhanced security features may incur additional costs. These elements are not included in the free website provision and must be purchased separately to fully operationalize your website.

No “Done-for-You” Services Included:  The free website offer does not include any “done-for-you” services. All aspects of website setup, design, content creation, and maintenance must be managed by you unless you opt to engage additional services offered by Digital Growth Community for a fee. These services, if purchased, are subject to separate terms and agreements.

 

Responsibility for Third-Party Services: Should you choose to utilize third-party services or products in conjunction with your website—such as third-party plugins, tools, or hosting services—you do so at your own risk. Digital Growth Community is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or functionality of third-party services not formally endorsed or approved by the founders of the program. Any modifications, support issues, or disputes related to third-party services must be directed to the respective service providers.

No Discounting or Unauthorized Price Adjustments:
All Digital Growth Community programs, services, and assets are provided at the listed prices. Members, affiliates, or participants are strictly prohibited from applying unauthorized discounts, negotiating lower prices, or finding alternative methods to reduce the amount paid for any program or service. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized coupon codes, splitting payments among multiple accounts, sharing access with non-paying individuals, or engaging in any deceptive pricing tactics. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate revocation of access to all Digital Growth Community services and potential legal action. Digital Growth Community reserves the right to set and enforce pricing without exception.

Indemnification: By using any third-party services in conjunction with the tools provided by us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Growth Community from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party services.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Accounts: Digital Growth Community is not responsible for the management or closure of any payment processing accounts used in conjunction with our program. Additionally, Digital Growth Community does not assume responsibility for the opening, maintaining, or purchasing of any additional required accounts necessary for promoting our programs or products.

It is important to note that Digital Growth Community has no association or direct connections with any suggested account companies recommended for facilitating these activities. Users are responsible for setting up and managing their own third-party accounts, and any issues related to these accounts must be addressed directly through the respective companies’ support services.

Disclaimer of Liability: Digital Growth Community shall not be held liable for any disruptions, inconveniences, or financial losses resulting from the closure, suspension, or malfunction of any third-party accounts or payment processing services. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Growth Community from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from issues related to third-party services.

Users are encouraged to carefully review and understand the terms and conditions of any third-party service providers before registering, using, or subscribing to their services.

Customer Service Support: Customer service is provided by Digital Growth Community as a form of communication to assist participants and customers in understanding and utilizing our program effectively. It is important to note that our customer service is not intended to provide customized or tailored support for individual companies or their customers.

Limitation of Responsibility: While Digital Growth Community strives to offer helpful and accurate information through our customer service, we are not responsible for the application or implementation of this guidance in personal business practices or customer interactions outside of our direct offerings. Participants are responsible for making independent decisions that best suit their own business needs.

Customer service is available to clarify program details, assist with general inquiries, and help navigate our services. However, it does not extend to managing or resolving external business challenges or individual customer disputes outside of our provided services.

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Growth Monthly from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misunderstandings, misapplications, or expectations of customer service extending beyond the support explicitly offered by our program.

Limitation of Liability:

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall Digital Growth Monthly, its creators, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Translation Interpretation:

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Intellectual Property and Program Duplication:

All content, strategies, and information provided within Digital Growth Community Platforms/Expect 2 Win L.L.C are the proprietary intellectual property of Digital Growth Community Platforms/Expect 2 Win L.L.C. Unauthorized duplication, replication, or distribution of any elements of the program, including but not limited to strategies, information, and materials, without express written consent from the founders is strictly prohibited.

Third-party duplication or representation of the program is only permissible through a licensed franchise agreement, which must be directly authorized and provided by the founders for a fee. Unauthorized parties are not permitted to misrepresent themselves as founders or as officially associated with Digital Growth Community Platforms/Expect 2 Win L.L.C

Violation and Enforcement:

If you are found or reported to be in violation of these terms by duplicating, replicating, or misrepresenting the program or its content, you will face immediate termination of all access to the program, including all entry points. Legal action may also be taken to protect the intellectual property rights of Digital Growth Community Platforms/Expect 2 Win L.L.C, and you may be subject to damages for trademark infringement and deceptive practices.
We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will actively enforce our rights to ensure the integrity of our program and the trust of our users.
